The Arranmore Island and Donegal Grow Remote chapters are a group of volunteers who promote remote employment within their communities in Donegal.
We have received support from Grow Remote HQ to develop gúrú as a prototype to assist our community members access remote employment via a one-to-one buddy mentoring platform co-developed with Hexa Studios.
gúrú will link community experts with job applicants to help them access remote work. The platform can facilitate check-ins with volunteer mentors to build capacity, strength and resilience in our local communities.
The more we use gúrú to help others the more useful it will become as a tool to renew and strengthen our local areas.
